CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

At this time because of the nature of this product there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are handmade with love. please make sure that you check all ingredients for each product prior to purchasing. if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email. 

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HAUSE OF B?

Keep your product at room temperature or in a cool place. all products have a shelf life of 6-12 months.

 

MELTING

Body butter have a tendency to melt in high temperatures. During summer months, melting can sometimes be unavoidable during shipping. We recommend that you store your body butter in a cool dark place. If it melts place it in the refrigerator or freezer to return it to its natural state. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

once a order is placed, we are not able to process cancellations.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

make sure you contact USPS and explain to them that your package has arrived damaged. You must file a complaint on USPS.com. After you file a complaint send an email with all the info and photos along with your order number. And we will see what we can do for you.
